They are great with communication! We went in for a couple of tastings and verified everything via email. Pete’s is super flexible with the planning and the whole thing was very low-stress. We even had bar signs with signature drinks that suggested pairing with a couple of the popsicles. Someone serves the popsicles to guests - and it was just perfect at our wedding! Everyone was thrilled with the unique dessert. This was such a fun and unique idea for our wedding! Pete’s Pops has a super cute set up with a cart, an umbrella, and a chalkboard listing the flavors that were picked out prior to the event. We had Pete’s Pops a few times in the past, and I thought it would be fun to do popsicles for our guests! I reached out and sure enough, they cater to weddings. We wanted something different in terms of dessert. My husband and I got married at The Ivy House on April 16, 2022. It's always busy because of the location, but many of the employees need more and better training on the Culver's way of doing things as it's a hot mess in there and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Whoever owns this location needs to get on the ball. I've been to this Culver's many times before this, but will never be back. She ultimately gave us the two cones we ordered. She asked him where the dishes were, and he said he gave them to someone else. I asked the guy what the price was for a cone or a dish and he basically told me he didn't care that they were the same price but that I would have to pay 70 cents for the cones because that's what his manager told him to do.įinally, after me explaining to him again that we ordered cones and him staring at me and doing absolutely nothing, another employee, a young lady, came and said she'd take care of it. My daughter then pointed out that the price was the same. He left again and came back to tell me I could have cones but had to pay the difference, so we went back to the counter. I told him I had no receipt and the girl who took my order didn't repeat my order, but apparently, she got it wrong. A bit later, he returned to us to tell us that our receipt said we ordered dishes. My daughter informed the employee that we ordered cones, so he took the dishes with custard back behind the counter. A solid five minutes later, an employee brought us two dishes with a scoop of the FOTD. Three employees stood behind the counter doing nothing while we moved aside to wait. The employee who took my order didn't repeat it back to me, nor did i get a receipt with my order on it, but i assumed an order this simple would be correct. My daughter and I went inside and ordered two cake cones with the flavor of the day and were given a number.
